The aim of the project is on the one hand to help small and medium-sized cities to systematically collect and use data (methodological recommendations on how to proceed in building a sensor network, a model of organisational competences in the Smart City concept, supporting CBA analyses,..) and, on the other hand, to help the target SME producing Smart City solutions to know the environment of SMEs and to better position themselves on the smart solutions market (identification of functional requirements, analysis of business potential, recommendation of marketing and business strategy, network of value chain actors for working with data, catalogue of smart solutions).
